Online Presence Management

Your online presence is about more than your social media accounts. Yes, your social media accounts are important and should be kept up to date posting something new at least once a week, but your online presence includes your website. One way to leave a bad impression with an online visitor is to have broken links or multiple typos on your website.

Here are some ways a virtual assistant can help you:

How It Works:

Step 1: The Discovery Call

The goal of this call is to determine if we are the right people to form the team you need to start gaining more time in your day. During this call we will talk about your online presence and what you need assistance with and how I could help you relieve some of the task related stress you are experiencing. This call will last about 15-30 minutes.

Step 2: The Proposal/Contract

After the Discovery call, I will email a document to you detailing the tasks we talked about, how I can start managing your online presence, a start date, and the online presence management pricing package that will cover your needs. If you agree with everything in the document, you will need to sign and return the document to me.

Step 3: The Onboarding Process

I will email you an onboarding packet, that will ask for all the information I will need to manage your online presence. Examples: types of online accounts you use, login ids and passwords, and the best way to contact you. Once you have completed the packet and email it back to me I can start working on your online presence.

Step 4: Weekly Status Update

Each week, early on Monday morning, you will receive a weekly update detailing how many interactions your social media accounts had during the previous week.

Step 5: Monthly Renewal Reminders

Since the online presence management pricing packages are monthly rates, we will need to communicate, by email, each month. The contract will be auto renewed unless you notify me in writing that you would like to stop services.
