Administrative Support

Administrative tasks are an essential part of keeping a business running from day-to-day.  While the administrative tasks are often considered easy, they are very time consuming and require great organizational skills. The person who takes on the administrative tasks should have a tendency to be proactive.

Here are some ways a virtual assistant can help you:

How It Works:

Step 1: The Discovery Call

The goal of this call is to determine if we are the right people to form the team you need to start gaining more time in your day. During this call we will talk about the tasks you need assistance with and how I could help you relieve some of the task related stress you are experiencing. This call will last about 15-30 minutes

Step 2: The Proposal/Contract

After the Discovery call, I will email a document to you detailing the tasks we talked about, how I can start taking over the tasks, a start date, and the administrative support pricing package that will cover the tasks. If you agree with everything in the document, you will need to sign and return the document to me.

Step 3: The Onboarding Process

I will email you an onboarding packet, that will ask for all the information I will need to start completing your tasks. Examples: types of programs you use, login ids and passwords, client list and contact names, and best way to contact you. Once you have completed the packet and email it back to me I can start working on your tasks.

Step 4: Weekly Status Update

Each week, early on Monday morning, you will receive a weekly update detailing how many hours you have remaining for the month, what projects/tasks are finished, what projects/tasks are in progress, and confirming any new projects that I was notified about during the previous week.

Step 5: Monthly Renewal Reminders

Since the administrative support pricing packages are monthly rates, we will need to communicate, by email, each month. The contract will be auto renewed unless you notify me in writing that you would like to stop services.
