How and why I became a virtual assistant 

I started working for a small business in 2008 as a part-time office assistant, and in less than a year I was offered a full time position.  In 2015 the company relocated; therefore, my role for the company switched to a virtual assistant/office manager.  In the spring of 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic made the financial stability of many small businesses unsteady, and as a result of the financial uncertainty my position returned to part-time. It was then that I realized many small businesses and non-profits were in the same financial position, but still needed the opportunity to have an affordable, and reliable administrative assistant. And that is why virtualassistant2u.com became more than just a dream.
